Earning and Redeeming Coast Rewards Points
Meeting Planner will earn one Coast Reward point for every dollar
spent on contracted group room rate charges, excluding taxes,
related to their event, to a maximum of 20,000 points per event. A
minimum of 10 guest rooms must be realized on peak nights to
qualify for points. Points will also be awarded for catering only
events, with no minimums required. Points will be awarded
regardless of payment method.
Meeting Planner will receive one point for every three dollars
spent on food, beverage and room rental charges for their event,
excluding taxes and gratuities.
Points are eligible for new bookings only. Groups and events that
are currently contracted, or, that have already materialized, are
not eligible for earning points.
Points will not be awarded for items purchased through outsourced
vendors and suppliers. Examples of outsourced vendors include ski
lift ticket vendors, entertainment services and audiovisual
suppliers. Crew contracts and tour series bookings will not be
eligible for points.
Meeting Planner must be employed by his/her organization at the
time the event is held to earn Coast Rewards. Eligible planners who
are to receive Coast Rewards points must be named, with their Coast
Rewards membership number, in the contract between Coast and the
Meeting Planning organization.
