    Conditions: All prices are in US dollars. Rates are based on double occupancy per night. Subject to availability. Taxes are not included. Applicable for Coast Rewards points. Must be booked no less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellation required 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit of one night room and tax. Rate for the fifth night to be adjusted upon check out.     Reservations from December 21 to March 31 require 2 nights room and tax deposit upon booking and cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
