The Coast Discovery Inn in Campbell River features over 4500 square
feet of banquet and meeting room space, all located on the main
floor of the hotel. There are three small Executive Boardrooms, in
additional to The Vancouver Room, and The QuadraCortes Ballroom
which can accommodate up to 150 guests. Located across from the
main office with access to a photocopier and fax machine, the
ballroom can be divided into two rooms allowing customization of
space. The room is rectangular with no pillars so all guests enjoy
an unobstructed view. The pot lighting makes this room extremely
well lit but the ambiance can be controlled with the dimmer switch.
Our experienced catering staff will be on-site during your function
to ensure that the event runs smoothly. The Executive Chef offers a
